Greater TAF City is a massive, 1,000-hectare phased residential development in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria, developed by TAF Africa Global Limited in partnership with the Rivers State Government.

Our vision is to provide over 20,000 affordable, modern homes ranging from 2-bedroom bungalows to 4-bedroom duplexes, designed specifically for middle-income earners and featuring smart city amenities, green spaces, and sustainable development.

Strategically located along Obirikwerre Airport Road, offering proximity to the University of Port Harcourt and the airport, the first phase of 1,000 housing units was commissioned in December 2025.
