The amount paid constitutes the first instalment of the purchase price of the selected property. In the event that you fail to pay the agreed instalment when due, you agree that, without any recourse to you, the Company reserves the right to apply interest on the amount due and/or repossess the property, resell the property and effect a refund to you, less 30% of the amount already paid, as administrative and legal fees.
It is the client’s sole responsibility to inform the Company, via email, of any changes to the details provided. The Company shall not be liable for relying on or using any information provided herein.
